Copyright takedowns
How we handle copyright claims is set out in our DMCA policy. No account is needed to use either form.
If you own the copyright in content that appears on PlayHouse without your permission, complete this notice. Every link that points at a post or profile on PlayHouse is reviewed by our moderation team, and we’ll email you an acknowledgement with a reference. Misrepresenting that material infringes your rights can carry liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
If material you posted on PlayHouse was removed or disabled because of a copyright takedown notice and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). A counter-notice is a legal document: a copy, including your name, address, telephone number and email, may be forwarded to the person who filed the original notice. Knowingly misrepresenting that material was removed by mistake or misidentification can carry liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
