- Introduction: This appeals policy outlines the procedures for appealing content or account moderation decisions on PlayHouse. This policy is part of your legal agreement with PlayHouse and explains how to appeal decisions like account deactivation, content removal, or warnings.

- Definitions
– Decision: Any action taken by PlayHouse, such as deactivating an account, removing content, restricting features or issuing warnings.
– Business Days: Any day except Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Australia. - How to Use This Policy: This policy is for:
– PlayHouse users appealing a decision, and
– Non-users in the EU/EEA who disagree with PlayHouse's response to a complaint about illegal content. - Who Can Appeal: Subject to the limitations in Clause 12 below, this Policy applies to all PlayHouse decisions and EU/EEA users complaining about illegal or non-consensual Content on PlayHouse.fans and who disagree with our response to their complaint.
- Appeal Procedure: To appeal a decision, complete and submit the Deactivation Appeal Form. An appeal cannot be considered without this form.
- Required Information: Only fully completed Deactivation Appeal Forms will be considered. The form must include:
– The URL or username of the account,
– The URL of the content being appealed, and
– Detailed reasons why you believe the decision was incorrect, referencing PlayHouse's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. - Timing of Appeals: All appeals should be filed within six months of our decision.
- Review Process: If we receive a fully completed Deactivation Appeals Form, we will:
– Review your account information,
– Consider the information and documents you provided,
– May request additional information,
– Grant, partially grant, or deny your appeal, and
– If your appeal is granted, the decision will be reversed. If partially granted, you'll be notified of the changes. If denied, the decision remains. - No Liability: PlayHouse is not liable for any interruption of access or loss of earnings or subscribers due to a successful appeal.
- Appeals Team: Our Appeals Team will consider each properly filed appeal based on the information provided fairly and without discrimination.
- Non-Appealable Decisions: Some irreversible decisions, like ending a livestream, cannot be appealed.
- Additional Procedures for EU/EEA Users: EU/EEA based users may also file a complaint with a regulatory authority and/or seek a remedy via a certified third-party out-of-court dispute settlement body or the relevant courts in your country of residence/establishment.
