Getting started as a creator on PlayHouse
From sign-up to your first sale: verify once, set up your profile and plans, and start posting. Here's the path, step by step.
Starting on a new platform is easier with a plan. This guide walks you through your first days on PlayHouse, from signing up to your first sale.
1. Sign up and verify
Go to Become a creator and continue with your email. There's no password: each time you sign in, we email you a 6-digit code.
To sell on PlayHouse you need to be 18 or over and pass a one-time identity check. Approval is automated through our verification provider and runs in your browser with your photo ID. While it runs, you can keep building your profile. See How do I get verified as a creator?
2. Make your profile complete
Your profile is your shop window. Before you post:
- Add a profile photo, a cover image and a bio that tells fans what they'll get.
- Pick a username that's easy to remember. Using the same name everywhere helps fans find you.
- If privacy matters to you, use a stage name.
- Add links to your other social accounts so fans can follow you there too.
3. Set your prices
Open Manage Subscription Plans and add a monthly plan. You can add longer plans at a better price to encourage fans to stay. Each plan can also carry a free trial or an introductory price, with a link you can share. See How do I set up subscription plans and bundles?
You keep 85% of what fans pay you. PlayHouse's platform fee is 15%, on every way you earn.
4. Add your bank account
In your Wallet, select Withdraw Money and add a bank account. Your earnings land in your wallet and become available to withdraw after a short holding period. See How do payouts work?
5. Post, then keep posting
Mix free Public posts, which anyone can see, with Subscribers posts for your paying fans and Premium posts that fans unlock for a price. Public posts show new fans what you make and can appear in the home feed and Explore.
Post regularly, reply to messages, and share your PlayHouse link wherever your followers already are.
