How do payouts work?

Pending and withdrawable earnings

When a fan pays you, your share lands in your wallet. New earnings show as Pending for a holding period before they become Withdrawable. Your first payout waits longer than later ones, and a chargeback or deduction can bring back that longer first-payout hold. Your Wallet shows how much is pending, how long it's held and how much you can withdraw.

You need to be a verified creator before you can withdraw.

Request a withdrawal

  1. Go to Profile and select Wallet and withdrawals.
  2. Select Withdraw.
  3. Choose an amount (or Max), or type one in Other amount.
  4. Under To, choose your bank account, or select Add a bank account. The details we ask for depend on the country.
  5. Select Review. You'll see the Fee, the Exchange rate if you're paid in another currency, and You'll receive (estimate).
  6. Select Withdraw to confirm.

There's a minimum withdrawal amount. If you enter less, the screen tells you. Any withdrawal fee is shown before you confirm.

What happens next

The amount leaves your withdrawable balance as soon as you request it. Our team reviews the withdrawal and pays it by bank transfer to the account you chose. First payouts, and payouts that look unusual, get an extra review. We email you when it's paid.

Track your withdrawals

Select Withdrawals in your wallet. Each one shows its status:

  • Requested: waiting for review. You can still cancel it. See Can I cancel a withdrawal?
  • Approved or Processing: on its way.
  • Paid: sent to your bank.
  • Failed, returned or Rejected, returned: not paid. The money is back in your wallet, with the reason shown.
  • Canceled: you canceled it, and the money is back in your wallet.

If a fan gets a refund or wins a chargeback, your share of that payment is taken back from your balance. See What happens to my earnings if a fan gets a refund or chargeback?

Agencies withdraw in the same way, from the agency wallet, and only their own commission. An agency can never withdraw any part of a creator's earnings. See How do I see my agency's earnings and withdraw them?
