How do I see my agency's earnings and withdraw them?

Your agency's share is paid into your agency wallet automatically each time a linked creator makes a paid sale. Only the agency owner can open the wallet and withdraw from it.

View your earnings

1. Sign in and select Wallet in your agency console.
2. You see your Balance, what's Withdrawable now, and what's still Pending. New earnings are held for a while before you can withdraw them. Your wallet shows what you can withdraw.
3. Your History lists each payment in and out.

An agency wallet only receives earnings. You can't add funds to it.

Withdraw

1. In Wallet, select Withdraw.
2. Enter the amount.
3. Choose a bank account, or select Add a bank account. The details we ask for depend on the country. Use an account in your own name.
4. Select Review. You see any fee, the exchange rate if one applies, and what you'll receive. Any withdrawal fee is shown here before you confirm.
5. Select Withdraw to confirm.

We review each withdrawal before we pay it, and we email you when it's paid. Until then it shows as Requested under Withdrawals, and you can cancel it there with Cancel withdrawal. For how payouts reach your bank, see how payouts work.

Refunds and chargebacks

If a sale is refunded or lost to a chargeback, the agency's share is taken back from the agency wallet. This can happen after the money was paid in, and it can take your balance below zero. Any negative balance is recovered from later earnings. See agency commission.
