Working with creators as an agency, and joining one.
- How do I join an agency as a creator?Find an approved agency, send a request with the commission you're offering, and you're linked once the agency and PlayHouse both approve.
- How does agency commission work?Agency commission is the percentage of each sale you agree to pay your agency. It's taken automatically, alongside the 15% platform fee.
- How do I leave an agency or cancel a request?You can cancel a pending request or unlink from your agency at any time from the Agency page. The agency loses access straight away.
- Can I work with more than one agency?No. A creator can be linked to one agency at a time, and can only have one open request.
- What can an agency see and do on my account?Your agency can run your profile and content for you without your login details. Your money, sign-in and personal details stay with you.
- How do I sign up as an agency?Apply from the agency sign-up page in a desktop browser. Our team reviews every application before the agency account goes live.
- How do I sign in as an agency?Agencies sign in on the agency login page in a desktop browser, with their email and password plus a code we email them.
- How do I accept or decline a creator's request?Review new requests under Agency Creators, accept by assigning employees, or decline with a reason. Our team then approves the link.
- How do I manage my creators as an agency?Choose a creator from Select Creator to work on their account as them. You see the creators assigned to you.
- How do I see my agency's earnings and withdraw them?Commission lands in your Agency Wallet automatically on each sale. The agency owner can view the balance and withdraw it.
- How do I add and manage agency employees?Agency owners add employees, assign them to creators, and can suspend, delete or reset their access at any time.
- How do I update my agency's details?Edit your phone number, description and social links under Agency Profile. For other details, contact us.
- Why manage creators on PlayHouse as an agency?Agency tools let you run your creators' accounts, team and commission in one place, without anyone sharing a password.
