How do I manage my creators as an agency?

An agency can work with many creators. The agency console keeps track of them, and Work as lets you and your team work on their accounts.

Keep track of your creators

Owners see every creator under Creators, with their status and share. Creators who've left show under Past creators. Select Open on a creator to:

• change Who works with this creator;
• choose what each team member can do for them: Messages, Content and Money settings (the owner always has all three), then select Save;
• see the History of the link;
• select End the link…, then End the link. Your agency stops working with the creator, and your share stops with their next sale.

Work as a creator

1. In your agency console, select Work as next to the creator. Owners see it on creators they're assigned to; team members see it on every creator assigned to them.
2. You go to the creator's messages, with a bar at the top showing Working as and their username.
3. Work on their messages, auto-messages, posts, lists, plans, subscribers, insights, orders, call hours and live streams, within the limits on agency access and the permissions your owner gave you.
4. Select Switch in the bar to choose another creator, or Stop to go back to the console.

Work as runs in your browser on any device.

Rules when you work as a creator

• Fans can see that the creator works with an agency. Never claim to be the creator personally if a fan asks you directly.
• Write messages yourself: using an AI chatbot or other automated tool to write chats or messages isn't allowed.
• Follow our Acceptable Use Policy and the Agency Terms.
