How do I accept or decline a creator's request?

When a creator asks to work with your agency, we email you and the request appears in your dashboard. Only the agency owner can accept or decline.

Review a request

1. Sign in and open Agency, then Agency Creators.
2. Open the New Requests tab. Each request shows the creator's name and username, the Commission they're offering and their Description.
3. Select the info icon for the creator's details.

Accept

1. Select the accept icon.
2. Choose the employees who will look after this creator, then select Done.
3. Select Confirm & Accept.

The link then waits for our team to approve it, under Pending Admin Approval. We email you and the creator once it's approved, and it moves to Linked/Accepted.

Decline

1. Select the decline icon.
2. Enter a reason and select Submit. We pass your reason on to the creator.

The other tabs

• Pending Admin Approval: links you've accepted that are waiting for our team.
• Linked/Accepted: creators you work with now, with their verification status.
• Unlinked/Rejected: past links and declined requests.
• Cancelled: requests the creator withdrew.

Each creator has a Status Log showing the history of the link.
