What can an agency see and do on my account?

When you're linked, your agency's owner and the team members it assigns to you can work on your account from their own sign-in. You never share your email, sign-in codes or authenticator app.

What your agency can do

The agency owner decides what each team member can do for you:

  • Messages: chat with your fans, send mass messages and set up auto-messages.
  • Content: create and manage posts, stories, live streams and lists.
  • Money settings: manage your subscription plans and offers, your order and call prices, and your call hours.

Everyone working on your account can also see your subscribers, insights and orders.

What stays with you

Your agency can't:

  • open your wallet, withdraw your earnings, or see or change your cards and payout bank details;
  • change your email address, or your sign-in and authenticator settings in Settings › Security;
  • change your notification settings or your Blocked accounts;
  • edit your profile;
  • complete or change your identity verification.

Who on the agency side

Only the agency owner and the team members assigned to you can work on your account. The owner can change who's assigned at any time. Owners and team members all sign in with an email code and an authenticator app.

What fans see

Fans are told that you work with an agency: we show it on your profile and in your chats. Team members may help run your account and messages, but they must never claim to be you personally if a fan asks them directly. Messages must be written by people: using an AI chatbot or other automated tool to write chats or messages isn't allowed.

If you're not happy with how an agency is using your account, you can leave at any time. If you think someone has misused your account, contact us.
