How do I leave an agency or cancel a request?

You can cancel a request you've sent, or unlink from your current agency, at any time.

Cancel a request

1. Open the menu and select Agency. On a phone, choose My Agency under Settings.
2. Under Requested Agency, select Cancel.
3. Confirm with Cancel Request.

You can cancel while the agency is still deciding, or while our team is reviewing the link.

Unlink from your agency

1. Open Agency (or My Agency on a phone).
2. Under Current Agency, select Unlink Agency.
3. Confirm with Unlink Agency.

What happens next

• The link ends straight away, and the agency and its employees can no longer act on your account.
• The agency stops earning commission on your new sales.
• We let the agency know you've unlinked.
• The agency moves to Past Agency, with its start and end dates.

An agency can also unlink you from its side. If that happens, we email you.

You're free to join another agency afterwards.
