How do I sign in as an agency?

Agency owners and team members sign in with their email address and a code, like everyone on PlayHouse, and also with a code from an authenticator app. There's no password.

1. Go to the PlayHouse home page and enter your work email.
2. We email you a 6-digit code. Enter it.
3. Enter the code from your authenticator app, or one of your backup codes.
4. Select Continue.

You land on your agency console. Owners see Creators, Requests, Team, Wallet and Settings. Team members see Your creators: the creators the owner has assigned to them.

Everyone on an agency needs an authenticator app

To protect the agency and its creators, owners and team members use an authenticator app as well as the email code. If you haven't set one up, the console shows Set up an authenticator app:

1. Select Set up an authenticator app to open Settings › Security.
2. Scan the code with an authenticator app, and enter the 6-digit code it shows.
3. Save your backup codes somewhere safe.

Then go back to the console. See two-factor authentication.

Trouble signing in

• No code? Check your spam folder, then ask for a new code. See I'm not getting emails from PlayHouse.
• "Your agency isn't active on PlayHouse yet." We haven't approved your agency yet, or its access is paused. We email the owner once it's approved.
• Team members: your owner adds you with your email address. If your owner has suspended you, you can't sign in until they restore you. See agency team members.
• Lost your authenticator app? Use one of your backup codes.
