How do I update my agency's details?

Only the agency owner can change the agency's details.

Change what you can edit yourself

1. Sign in and open Settings in your agency console.
2. On Agency details, update About your agency (creators see this when they look for an agency) or the Agency phone and its Code.
3. Select Save.

Details we change for you

Some details are locked because we verify them in your agency's business verification: your Brand name, Legal name, Agency email, Website, Standard commission, tax details and addresses.

To change any of these, contact us and tell us what needs updating. We may need to verify the new details. To change the share a creator pays you, see agency commission.

Your own sign-in settings, such as your authenticator app, are in Settings › Security.
