Can I cancel a withdrawal?

A withdrawal can be cancelled before it's paid out.

1. Open Withdrawal History in your Wallet and check the status.
2. If it shows Requested or Approved, it can still be cancelled. Contact us with the date and amount of the withdrawal, and we'll cancel it.
3. When it's cancelled, the status changes to Cancelled and the full amount goes back to your wallet.

Once a withdrawal shows Processing or Paid Successfully, it can't be cancelled.
