How does my PlayHouse wallet work?
Your wallet holds money you've added to PlayHouse. You use it for tips, pay-to-unlock posts, paid messages, VIP message credits, live stream tickets, video calls and requests. Subscriptions are different: they're charged to your card. See How are transactions and charges handled?
Add funds
- Go to Profile and select Wallet.
- Select Add funds.
- Choose an amount, or type one in Other amount.
- Choose a saved card, or select Add a card to pay with.
- Confirm. Your bank may ask you to approve the payment. Your balance updates as soon as your bank confirms.
When an offer is running, some amounts show a bonus before you pay. Any tax or processing fee is shown before you pay, along with the total your card is charged.
If your balance doesn't cover something you're buying, you can add funds right there without leaving the page.
See your history
Your Wallet lists your transactions under History, newest first. Select Show more for older ones. For card payments and receipts, go to Profile and select Billing history. See Where can I see what I've paid?
Good to know
- Only creator earnings can be withdrawn. Money added by card, bonuses, refunds and credits can be spent on PlayHouse but never withdrawn, by fans or creators.
- Refunds come back to your wallet by default. Where the law requires a refund to your original payment method, you can choose that instead. See Can I get a refund?
- You can't pay your own account. Nobody can buy from, tip or subscribe to themselves.
- Something looks wrong? Check your history first. If it still looks wrong, contact us, choose Payments, wallet or refunds, and include the date and amount.
