Why can't I withdraw my earnings?
Work through these in order.
- Your earnings are still pending. New earnings show as Pending for a holding period, and your first payout waits longer. If you see Nothing to withdraw yet, check the Pending amount in your Wallet, which also shows how long it's held.
- The amount is more than you can withdraw. You can withdraw up to your Withdrawable amount. If you see That's more than you can withdraw right now, choose a smaller amount or Max.
- The amount is below the minimum. The screen tells you if your amount is too low.
- Only earnings can be withdrawn. Money you added to your wallet by card, bonuses and refunds can be spent on PlayHouse but not withdrawn.
- Your bank details are missing or wrong. Add or check your bank account and enter the details exactly as your bank shows them. The account must be in your own name and match your verified identity. If you see Payouts to this country aren't set up yet, see Can I become a creator from my country?
- Your verification needs attention. If you see Verify your identity first or your verification has expired, select Verify now and complete the check. See Why is my payout on hold or rejected?
- Your balance is negative. If a refund or chargeback took your balance below zero, new earnings cover that first. See What happens to my earnings if a fan gets a refund or chargeback?
- Withdrawals are paused. While your account is under review, for example for a possible breach of our Terms or suspected fraud, we can hold some or all of your earnings. If all of them are held you'll see Withdrawals are paused. If only part is held, your Withdrawable amount is lower.
If none of these fit, contact us and choose Earnings or payouts.
