How do I set up subscription plans?

Subscription plans are what fans pay, on automatic renewal, to see your Subscribers posts. You can have one plan for each plan length PlayHouse offers, so you can offer longer plans at a better price.

Add a plan

1. Tap Profile, then Subscription plans.
2. Choose Add a plan and pick the plan length.
3. Enter a Price in US dollars. You can also add a Sale price, which is what new subscribers pay and must be lower than the price, and a Description.
4. Choose Save plan.

PlayHouse's 15% platform fee comes out of each payment, then any agency share. If your price is outside what PlayHouse allows for that plan length, the form tells you. See What can I charge for a subscription?.

Change or delete a plan

Choose Edit on the plan, make your changes and choose Save plan. Price changes apply to new subscribers. Current subscribers renew at the price they joined at.

To remove a plan, choose Edit, then Delete this plan. Its subscribers won't renew, but they keep access until their current period ends. This can't be undone.

Mark a plan as most popular

Choose Edit on a plan and turn on Mark as most popular. One plan at a time carries the label; to move it, mark a different plan.

Add an offer

Each plan can have one offer: a free trial or an intro price. Choose Add an offer on the plan. See How do free trials and introductory offers work?.
