How do free trials and introductory offers work?

An offer helps new fans try your page. You can add one to each of your subscription plans:

• a Free trial of 7, 14 or 30 days; or
• an Introductory price: a percentage off or a fixed price, for the first 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 billing periods.

By default an offer is for fans who have never subscribed to you. Tick Also offer to fans who subscribed before to include returning fans.

Add an offer

1. Go to Manage Subscription Plans.
2. On the plan, choose Add offer.
3. Pick Free trial or Introductory price and set the details.
4. Choose Save offer.

The offer runs until you end it. Use Copy link to share a link that opens the offer, Change to edit it, or End to stop it.

What fans see

Before they confirm, fans see when they'll be charged and the price they'll renew at. The subscription renews automatically unless they cancel. Fans on a free trial get a reminder email when 3 days or fewer of the trial remain.

Each fan, and each card, can use an offer once.
