How do I offer a discount to new subscribers?

Promotional campaigns have been replaced by subscription offers. An offer goes on one of your subscription plans and gives new subscribers either a free trial or an introductory price.

Add an offer

1. Open Manage Subscription Plans.
2. On the plan you want, select Add offer.
3. Choose Free trial or Introductory price:

• Free trial: pick 7, 14 or 30 days.
• Introductory price: choose % off or Fixed price ($), enter the amount, and choose how long it lasts (1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 periods). The introductory price must be at least $1 and lower than your regular price.

4. To include fans who subscribed to you before, tick Also offer to fans who subscribed before. Otherwise it's for new subscribers only.
5. Select Save offer.

Share it

Select Copy link to share a link that opens your profile with the offer.

Things to know

• Fans see the renewal date and the price they'll pay afterwards before they confirm. Fans on a free trial get a reminder email when 3 days or fewer of the trial remain.
• Each fan and each card can use an offer once.
• To change an offer, select Change. To stop it, select End.
