What happened to promo codes?

Promo codes have been retired. You can't create new codes, fans can't enter one when they subscribe, and existing codes no longer work.

Use an offer instead

Tap Profile, then Subscription plans, and choose Add an offer on a plan:

• a free trial of 7, 14 or 30 days; or
• an intro price, a percentage or fixed price off for the first 1 to 12 billing periods.

Each offer is for new subscribers or for past subscribers. Fans who qualify see it on your profile, with what they'll pay once it ends, before they confirm.
