What's the difference between a paid and a free account?

Whether your account is paid or free depends on one thing: whether you have a subscription plan.

With a subscription plan

Fans can subscribe to see your Subscribers posts. You can still share Everyone posts that anyone can see, and Pay to unlock posts that fans pay once to see.

Without a subscription plan

Your profile shows "Subscriptions aren't open yet." Fans can still follow you, and you can earn from Pay to unlock posts, tips, locked messages, VIP messages, ticketed live streams and video calls.

You can choose Subscribers for a post only once you have a plan.

Switch between them

• To go paid: tap Profile, then Subscription plans, and choose Add a plan.
• To go free: delete your plans from the same page. Current subscribers don't renew, but keep access until their period ends.
