How do I send locked content in a message?

A locked message is media the fan pays to unlock inside your chat. You can send one once your creator account is verified.

Send a locked message

1. Open the chat with the fan in Messages.
2. Select the attachment (paperclip) icon. To send media for free instead, select + media.
3. Add your photos or video and a caption.
4. Turn on Locked and set the price. The form shows the minimum and maximum price you can set.
5. Optionally add a preview under Add preview content, so the fan sees something before paying.
6. Select Send.

Things to know

• You can send locked messages to fans only, not to other creators.
• To send the same locked content to many fans at once, use a bulk message.
• Fans find what they've unlocked in their purchases. See Purchased content.
