Where do I find content I've bought?

Every post you've unlocked is in Purchases: go to Profile and select Purchases. An unlocked post is yours to keep, even if you later unsubscribe.

Locked messages

A locked message you've unlocked stays open in your chat with that creator. Open Messages and choose the chat.

Video requests and calls

Go to Profile and select Requests and calls.

• Open shows requests waiting for the creator and calls that are booked.
• Done shows finished, declined, canceled and refunded ones.

When a creator delivers a video you requested, select Watch.

Can't see something?

• Make sure you're signed in to the account you bought it with. See Why can't I find my subscription?.
• Go to Profile and select Billing history to check that the payment went through. You can filter by Subscriptions, Posts, Tips and Messages.
