How do I send a mass message?

A mass message sends the same message to everyone in the audiences and lists you pick. It can be free or locked.

Send a mass message

1. Go to Messages and choose Mass message.
2. Under To, pick one or more audiences or lists. To make a new list, choose + New list.
3. Write your message.
4. To include photos or videos, choose Add photos or videos. You can add up to 10.
5. To charge for it, turn on Lock with a price and enter a price. A locked message needs at least one photo or video.
6. Choose Send to about your number of people.

Things to know

• Each person gets it as their own chat, and their replies come to your inbox.
• Someone in two of the lists you picked gets it once.
• Check your message before you send it: you can't unsend a mass message from the app.
