Is my card information safe?

Card payments on PlayHouse are processed by our payment processor. You enter your card details into its secure form, and it stores them. PlayHouse never sees your full card number.

PlayHouse keeps limited card details that our payment processor shares with us, such as the card brand, last four digits, expiry date and country. We use them to show your saved cards, process your payments and prevent fraud. A credit card saved to your own account can also be one of the ways we confirm you're 18 or over. To protect yourself:

• only add cards in your own name;
• never share card details in messages, and never pay anyone outside PlayHouse;
