Partnerships & Initiatives
PlayHouse is committed to working with organizations and governments to protect children and adults from exploitation and abuse. Here are some of our key partnerships and initiatives:

Partnership with NCMEC
We collaborate with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) to fight child sexual abuse material (CSAM). In addition to reporting CSAM through NCMEC's CyberTipline, we participate in their Take It Down initiative, a free service that helps individuals prevent the online sharing of their intimate images or videos.

Partnership with StopNCII
We collaborate with StopNCII.org to combat intimate image abuse. StopNCII.org allows individuals to "hash" their intimate images or videos, creating a unique identifier added to a list shared with platforms like PlayHouse. This prevents hashed images from being uploaded, protecting individuals from further harm.

Submission to Parliament
On 27 June 2024, we made a submission to the Joint Select Committee on Social Media and Australian Society. Our submission highlights our commitment to user safety, content moderation, and transparency. We believe that collaboration between platforms and governments is crucial for addressing the challenges of the digital age.
