DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy and Procedures

While our website is not based in the United States, we respect the intellectual property rights of copyright holders and have chosen to voluntarily comply with the relevant provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") under Australian law. Take Down Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid notification of claimed copyright infringement, PlayHouse will implement a "notification and takedown" procedure. PlayHouse reserves the right to disable access to or remove any material or activity that is claimed to be infringing or based on facts or circumstances indicating infringing activity. It is our policy to terminate the account of repeat copyright infringers when appropriate, and we will act expeditiously to remove access to all material that infringes on another's copyright, following the procedure set forth in 17 U.S.C. §512 of the DMCA.
