To further strengthen our commitment, we have taken an additional step by appointing an independent third party, known as a "Monitor," to assess and validate the design, implementation, and effectiveness of our compliance program.
A Monitor is an independent third party who does not work for PlayHouse. Their role is to review our safety program, including our policies, procedures, and employee practices, to ensure we are doing everything possible to keep our platform safe. The Monitor will provide recommendations on how we can adhere to the law, meet best practices, and uphold our core values.
James Byrnes, a corporate consultant, serves as the Monitor. Mr. Byrnes has extensive experience and expertise in evaluating user safety approaches.
