How do I change my email address?

Your email address is how you sign in, so you can't change it yourself. Your current address is shown at the bottom of Edit profile.

To change it:

1. Go to Contact support and choose My account or signing in.
2. Tell us:

• the email address on your account now;
• the new address you'd like to use; and
• whether you can still open the inbox for the old address.

3. Choose Send message.

The new address can't already belong to another PlayHouse account.

If we email a link to your new address, open it and choose Confirm email. From then on, sign in with the new address. Your sign-in codes go there.
