- Why can't I log in?Most sign-in problems are fixed by signing in with an email code. Here is what each message means and what to do next.

- How do I change my email address?Your email address can't be changed from your profile right now. Ask us and we'll help.
- How do I change my password?Change your password from the Security page. You'll be signed out everywhere and sign in again.
- How do I edit my profile?Update your name, bio, photo and other details from your profile's Edit page.
- How do I change my username?Request a new username from your profile, then confirm it from the email we send you.
- How do I deactivate or reactivate my account?Deactivating hides your profile and content until you come back. You can reactivate from the log-in page.
- How do I delete my account?Send us a deletion request through the privacy request form. Deletion can't be undone.
- How do I appeal a decision?Appeal an account suspension with the appeal form, or a content decision from the link in our email.
- Why do I get a code every time I sign in?Codes are how PlayHouse signs you in. They aren't tied to a new device or location.
