Can I deactivate my account?

You can't pause or deactivate a PlayHouse account. Here's what you can do instead.

Take a break

• Cancel any subscriptions you don't want renewed. See How do I cancel a subscription?
• Turn off push notifications in Profile > Notifications, and emails in Profile > Email. See How do I manage my notifications?
• Sign out: open Profile and choose Sign out.

Your account stays as it is, and you can sign in again any time with your email.

Leave for good

You can delete your account in Profile: under Settings, choose Account, then Delete account. See How do I delete my account?

If you deactivated your account in the past

If you see "This account can't sign in right now." when you sign in, contact us, choose My account or signing in, and tell us the email address on the account.
