How do I manage my notifications?

See your notifications

Choose Notifications in the tab bar on your phone, or at the top of the page on a computer. New items are at the top, then Earlier. Choose one to go to it, or Show more to see older ones.

The notifications inside PlayHouse can't be turned off.

Choose your push notifications

1. Open Profile (in the tab bar on your phone, or the profile icon at the top right on a computer), then choose Notifications. You can also choose Settings at the top of the Notifications page.
2. Under Send me a push for, switch each type on or off.
3. Choose Save.

Fans can choose Messages, Mentions, New posts and stories, Live streams, Video calls and Shout-outs. Creators also get Comments, Likes, New followers and Purchases and tips.

Choose your emails

1. Open Profile, then choose Email.
2. Switch each email on or off. Each switch saves straight away.

You can choose News and offers from PlayHouse, New posts and Live streams from creators you follow, and emails about your own activity, such as Messages, Renewals, Purchases and Tips. Every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link.

Emails about your account, security and payments, such as sign-in codes and receipts, always come. Keep your email address up to date: see How do I change my email address?

Quiet one chat

To stop notifications from a single conversation, open it, choose the Conversation options button (three dots) and choose Mute.
