- How do I sign up as a fan?Enter your email on playhouse.fans, then the 6-digit code we send you; there's no password to set.
- How do I become a creator?Sign in with your email, add a few details, then complete a one-time identity check in your browser; creator approval is automated.
- Who can use PlayHouse?PlayHouse is for adults: you must be 18 or over (or older, if your local law requires) and allowed to use it where you live.
- How do I install PlayHouse on my phone?PlayHouse is a web app: add it to your Home Screen from Safari or Chrome to open it like an app and get notifications.
- How do I manage my notifications?See your alerts under Notifications, choose push alerts in Profile > Notifications, and choose emails in Profile > Email.
- What are push notifications?Alerts on your phone or computer when PlayHouse isn't open; turn them on for each browser, then choose which ones you get.
- Why am I not getting notifications?Check your PlayHouse push settings for this device, your browser and device permissions, and whether the chat is muted.
- How do I switch between dark and light mode?PlayHouse follows your device's light or dark setting, or you can choose Light or Dark in Settings, under Appearance.
- How do messages work?Send text, photos, videos, documents and voice notes, see when you've been read, and mute, hide, block or report a chat.
- How do I contact PlayHouse?Search the help center first; if you still need us, use the contact form at /help/contact and we'll reply by email.
- Where do I see replies to my support requests?Open Profile, then Your requests, to read our replies to your support requests and answer them.
