How do I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops it from renewing; it doesn't refund the period you've already paid for.

Cancel

1. Open My Subscriptions (called Subscriptions in the phone menu).
2. On the Active tab, find the creator and select Cancel.
3. Choose a reason and confirm.

What happens next

• You won't be charged again for that subscription.
• You keep access until the end of your current period. The date is shown on the subscription, next to Plan Expires on.
• If you cancel during a free trial, you aren't charged and the trial runs to its end date.
• When the period ends, the subscription moves to the Expired tab. To subscribe again later, select Renew there.
