I forgot my password. What do I do?

You may not need it

PlayHouse sign-in works without a password: enter your email on the home page and use the 6-digit code we send you. See Why can't I log in?.

Reset your password

If you sign in with a password on the log-in page and want a new one:

1. On the log-in page, select Forgot password?.
2. Enter your email address and select Confirm.
3. Open the email from us and select the reset link.
4. Enter your new password twice and select Change password.
5. Sign in with your new password.

Your new password needs at least 6 characters, with an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter, a number and a special character.

Resetting your password signs you out on every device.

If the email doesn't arrive

Check your spam folder, and check you typed the address on your account. If you've asked for several reset links in a short time, you may need to wait a few hours before you can ask again. More tips: I'm not getting emails from PlayHouse.

Your username isn't something you need to sign in, so there's nothing to recover there.
