Can my content feature other people?

Yes, within our rules. Who can appear depends on whether the content is explicit.

Explicit or nude content

Everyone who appears in explicit or nude content must be one of these:

  • A verified PlayHouse creator. Tag them in the caption with their @username.
  • An adult who has completed our co-performer release form. The form verifies their age and identity and records their consent to appear and to be posted on PlayHouse.

Nobody else can appear in explicit or nude content, including fans who haven't completed creator verification or a release form.

Send a co-performer release form

  1. Tap Profile, then Release forms.
  2. Choose New release form and send the link to the person who'll appear with you.
  3. They verify their age and identity with our identity verification provider and sign the release.

Once their form is complete, you can post content featuring them. Ask each co-performer to complete their form before you post.

Other content

Content that isn't explicit or nude can show other people, as long as each of them is an adult who has agreed to appear and to be posted on PlayHouse. You're responsible for getting and keeping their consent.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep records of each person's identity, age and consent for your content. We may ask you for them, and you need to provide them.
  • If someone in your content withdraws their consent, take the content down. They can also ask us to remove it: intimate content is removed when consent is withdrawn. See Can I withdraw consent for content I appear in?.

If you can't provide what we ask for, the content may be removed and your account restricted.

Earnings

Earnings from a post go to the account that posted it. PlayHouse can't split them between accounts, so any arrangement with the other people in it is between you.

The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy and our 18 U.S.C. §2257 Statement.
