Why can't I open a creator's page?

If a creator's page won't open, or you see a message that the page wasn't found, one of these is usually the reason.

• The username is wrong or has changed. Check the spelling, or search for the creator on Explore. See How do I find creators and posts?.
• The account isn't active. A creator's account may be temporarily deactivated, suspended, or deleted.
• One of you has blocked the other. If a creator has blocked you, you can't view their profile. If you blocked them, you can unblock them in Blocked Users.
