How do I report an account or a post?

If something on PlayHouse looks harmful, illegal or against our rules, please report it. Every report goes to our Trust & Safety team for review. You need to be signed in to report.

Report a post

  1. Open the menu on the post (the three dots).
  2. Choose Report Post.
  3. Pick the reason that fits best. If none fits, choose Others and describe the problem.
  4. Select Report.

If a post shows an intimate image of you or someone else that was shared without consent, choose An intimate image of me or someone else, shared without consent. We treat these reports as a priority.

Report an account

  1. Go to the account's profile.
  2. Open the menu at the top of the profile and choose Report.
  3. Pick a reason, or choose Others and describe the problem.
  4. Select Report.

You can also report a creator from their live stream.

Something in your messages

There's no report option inside a conversation yet. To report a message, report the sender's account from their profile, choose Others and describe what they sent. You can also block the account so they can't message you.

What to report

Please report anything you think could be:

  • child sexual abuse material, or anyone who appears to be under 18 in sexual content;
  • an intimate image shared without consent;
  • hate speech, threats or harassment;
  • signs of trafficking, coercion or exploitation;
  • fraud, scams or requests to pay outside PlayHouse;
  • impersonation or stolen content.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

If it's your own content or identity

If intimate content of you has been shared without your consent, or someone is pretending to be you, use Report Leaked Content or Impersonation in the menu. That form lets you add links and usernames, and nothing you send is shown to the accounts you name. See Can I withdraw consent for content I appear in?.

What happens next

Our team reviews the report and acts if it breaks our rules. That can mean removing the content, restricting it, warning the account or suspending it. Read more in How does content moderation work?.
