- How does content moderation work on PlayHouse?Uploads are checked automatically before they're published, our team reviews what's flagged or reported, and you can appeal most decisions.
- Are my messages private?Messages are only shown to the people in the chat, but they aren't end-to-end encrypted, and our safety team can review them when they're reported or flagged.
- How does PlayHouse prevent non-consensual intimate images?Intimate images shared without consent are banned. We match uploads against StopNCII.org and Take It Down, review reports, and remove images when asked.
- How can I use StopNCII.org to protect my images?StopNCII.org lets you create hashes of your intimate images so PlayHouse and other partner platforms can block them, without uploading the images.
- Can I withdraw consent for content I appear in?Yes. If you no longer consent to intimate content of you on PlayHouse, tell us and we'll remove it, even if you agreed to it before.
- How do I report copyright infringement on PlayHouse?If your work was posted on PlayHouse without permission, send us a DMCA takedown notice with our online form. You don't need a PlayHouse account.
- How does PlayHouse protect creators and their content?Locked posts stay blurred until someone pays, every upload is checked for abuse, creators are verified, and we help you act when content is stolen.
- How does PlayHouse fight child sexual abuse material?Child sexual abuse material is banned. We check every upload with Microsoft PhotoDNA and known-abuse hash lists, specialists review what's flagged, and we report to NCMEC.
- Where can I find a crisis helpline?If you're struggling or in crisis, these directories list free helplines in your country. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
- Does PlayHouse offer mental health support?We don't provide counseling, but these are the free helplines and PlayHouse tools that can help when work gets hard.
- How does PlayHouse deal with hate speech?Hate speech, threats and harassment are banned. Report them and our team reviews the report, with penalties up to a permanent ban.
- How does PlayHouse prevent fraud and money laundering?Fraud and money laundering are banned. We verify creators, check for off-platform payment requests, review payouts, and can hold earnings or suspend accounts.
- How can law enforcement contact PlayHouse?Law enforcement should read our Law Enforcement Guide and send official requests through the Law enforcement option on our legal request form.
- How do I ask PlayHouse to remove an intimate image of me?If an intimate image or video of you is on PlayHouse without your consent, real or fake, send us a removal request. You don't need an account.
