How do I ask PlayHouse to remove an intimate image of me?

If an intimate image or video of you is on PlayHouse without your consent, you can ask us to remove it. That includes fake or AI-altered images that show you. This is our removal process under the US TAKE IT DOWN Act. You can make the request yourself, or someone authorized to act for you can.

If you're under 18, or were when the image was taken, also see How does PlayHouse fight child sexual abuse material?.

If you have a PlayHouse account

  1. Sign in, go to Profile and select Report leaked content or impersonation.
  2. Choose My intimate content was shared without my consent.
  3. Add the Links and PlayHouse usernames involved.
  4. Under What happened?, give the details listed below.
  5. Select Send report. You'll get a reference number.

If you don't have an account, or can't sign in

Use our intimate image removal form. You don't need to sign in. You can also go to Contact support and choose Report illegal or harmful content.

What to include

  • Where the image is: a link to each post, or the username of the account and enough detail for us to find it. Please don't attach the image itself.
  • A statement of good faith that the image was published without your consent, with anything that helps us confirm it.
  • Your signature: your full name typed at the end is enough. If you're acting for someone else, say so and explain your authority to act for them.
  • How to reach you: an email address where we can contact you about the request.

What happens next

Every request opens a case, and we review it promptly. When a request is valid, we remove the image within 48 hours, and we also remove identical copies we find on PlayHouse. We may contact you if we need more information. We act against the account that posted it and tell you the outcome.

If you posted content that was removed this way and you believe it's a mistake, you can ask for a review through the legal request form and choose Legal inquiry.

To help stop the image being uploaded again, here or on other sites, create a hash at StopNCII.org. See How can I use StopNCII.org to protect my images?. If you need support, see Where can I find a crisis helpline?.
