How can law enforcement contact PlayHouse?
We have a dedicated process for requests from law enforcement and government agencies.
- Read our Law Enforcement Guide. It explains what information we can provide and what legal process each kind of request needs.
- Go to our legal request form and choose Law enforcement.
- Enter your agency and contact details, including an Official agency email.
- Choose the Type of request, for example a subpoena, a court order or warrant, or an Emergency disclosure request.
- Answer Is there a risk of imminent harm to a person? Requests answered Yes are handled first.
- Describe the request, and add a link to the content or account and a Link to the legal process documents.
- Send the request. You'll get a reference number, and we email you a copy.
To ask us to preserve records while you obtain legal process, choose Preservation request as the type of request and say what you need preserved. Emergency disclosure requests follow a defined emergency process and are handled first.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. For anything else, contact us.
