How does PlayHouse protect creators and their content?

We want creators, including sex workers, to be able to work safely on PlayHouse. Here's what we do, and what no platform can promise.

Making copying harder

  • Your paid content stays behind your paywall, and copying or downloading content from PlayHouse breaks our Terms of Service.
  • Right-click saving is turned off on images.
  • You can turn on a Watermark for your photos and videos, which makes stolen copies easy to trace. See Watermark your content.

No website can stop someone taking a screenshot or recording their screen. If your content does turn up elsewhere, see My content was leaked to other sites.

Keeping your account and identity safe

  • Creators verify their identity through our verification provider before they're approved.
  • If someone is pretending to be you, report it with Report Leaked Content or Impersonation in the menu.
  • You can block any account, and review blocked accounts under Blocked Users.

Protecting you from abuse

Every upload is checked against lists of known abusive images before it goes live, and our team reviews reports. See How does content moderation work?.

If someone copies your work onto PlayHouse, send a takedown notice. See How do I report copyright infringement?.
