How do I set up paid video calls?

Fans can book one-to-one video calls with you at times you choose. You set your hours and prices once, then accept each booking. You need a verified creator account to take calls.

Set your hours

1. Open Video Call Schedule from your menu.
2. Select Set Weekly Hours (on a phone, Set Schedule).
3. Turn days on or off and add time slots to each day.
4. To block bookings for a while without changing your usual hours, select Set Time Off.

Set your prices

1. In Video Call Schedule, select Price Settings.
2. Choose a call length (5, 10, 15, 20, 30 or 60 minutes) and set its price. The form shows the minimum and maximum price.
3. Optionally add extension times, so a fan can extend a call while it's running, each with its own price.
4. Select Save.

Bookings

When a fan books, you get a notification and the request appears in My Orders. Open it and select Accept, or reject it.

Cancellations and refunds

• A fan can cancel a booking before the call starts, and so can you. You're notified when a fan cancels.
• If you reject or cancel a booking, or the fan cancels, the fan is refunded to their PlayHouse wallet.
• If a call ends after running for less than 80% of the booked time, the fan is refunded.

If something goes wrong during a call

1. Refresh the page.
2. Check your browser allows camera and microphone access.
3. Restart your browser or device.
