How do I handle video requests and call bookings?

Turn on video requests

1. Tap Profile, then Edit profile.
2. Turn on Video requests and enter your Price.
3. Choose Save.

Once they're on, fans see Request a video on your profile. To stop taking requests, turn Video requests off and choose Save. Requests you've already accepted aren't affected.

Your orders

When a fan sends you a video request or books a call, you get a notification and it appears in Orders. Tap Profile, then Orders. The tabs are Requests, Calls and Done.

Answer a request or booking

Open it and choose Accept (or Accept the call), or Decline and refund. If you decline, the fan gets their money back in their wallet. A fan can also cancel and get a refund before you deliver, or before a booked call.

Deliver a video request

1. In Orders, choose Deliver on the accepted request.
2. Under Your video, choose your file, and add A note if you like.
3. If the fan allowed it, choose whether to Show it on your page or Hide it.
4. Choose Deliver and get paid.

Your video is checked before the fan sees it.

Booked calls

At the booked time, open the call and choose Open the call; the fan can join once you do. If you can't make a call you've accepted, open it and choose Cancel and refund, and the fan gets a full refund to their wallet. For prices, hours and the 80% rule, see How do I set up paid video calls?.
