What are VIP messages?

VIP messages come in bundles, for your chat with one creator. Each VIP message you send uses one.

What they do

• Reach creators who limit their messages. Some creators only take messages from subscribers, or from followers and subscribers. With VIP messages, you can message them anyway.
• Stand out. Chats with VIP messages are marked VIP, and creators can filter their inbox to see VIP chats.

Buy VIP messages

1. Open your chat with the creator in Messages.
2. Select + next to the message box, then VIP messages. If the creator only takes messages from subscribers or followers, you can also select Or buy VIP messages.
3. Choose a bundle.
4. Select Buy to confirm. The bundle is paid from your wallet. If your balance is too low, you can add funds in the same step. See How does my PlayHouse wallet work?.

You'll see how many VIP messages you have with that creator. If you run out while you're sending, you're offered another bundle.

Who sets the price?

A creator can set their own bundles and prices, and the bundle screen says so when they have. Otherwise, you'll see PlayHouse's standard bundles. If a creator doesn't offer VIP messages, the screen tells you.
