How do I choose who can message me and sell VIP messages?

Open Messages and choose the settings button next to Mass message to open Messaging settings.

Who can message you

• Everyone: any signed-in member.
• Followers and subscribers.
• Subscribers only: other fans see a Subscribe button instead.

Fans you've messaged can always reply, and fans with VIP messages can always write to you. Blocking someone stops the chat in both directions.

VIP messages

Fans buy VIP message bundles from you, and each message they send uses one. Until you add your own bundles, fans see the standard PlayHouse bundles.

1. Under VIP messages, choose Add a bundle.
2. Enter the number of Messages in the bundle and the Price.
3. Choose Save bundle.

You can change or remove a bundle at any time. Fans keep the messages they've already bought. You receive bundle sales less PlayHouse's 15% platform fee and any agency share, and they show in your insights under VIP messages.

When you've made your changes, choose Save.
