How do I add notes to a chat?

You can keep notes about a fan, such as their preferences, past orders or anything you want to remember. Only you can see your notes; the fan can't.

Add or edit a note

1. Open the chat with the fan in Messages.
2. Select the notes icon at the top of the chat.
3. Write your note and save it.

Open the notes icon again any time to read or edit it. A note can be up to 5,000 characters.
