Can I take payments outside PlayHouse?

No. All payments between fans and creators must go through PlayHouse. Don't ask for or accept payment through other apps, bank transfers, gift cards, crypto or any other route outside the platform.

Payments on PlayHouse go through our fraud and money-laundering checks and our identity checks on creators. Payments outside the platform skip those checks, and we can't help if something goes wrong.

Our automated text rules check messages, captions and profiles for contact and payment details, and a message containing a payment handle can be held.

Taking payments off-platform breaks our Terms and can lead to action on your account. If someone asks you to pay outside PlayHouse, report it: in a chat, open the chat's options and select Report, then choose Spam or a scam. See How do I report an account or a post?
