What can creators see about me?
What creators can see
- Your username, display name and profile photo, and anything else you add to your profile.
- If you subscribe: your plan, what you pay, when you subscribed and whether you're on a free trial.
- What you buy from them, such as tips, unlocked posts, VIP messages, video calls and video requests, and the messages you send them.
If a creator works with an agency, we show you that on their profile and in your chat. The agency's team members who work on that creator can see the same chats and orders, and they never claim to be the creator if you ask them directly. See What can an agency see and do on my account?.
What creators can't see
- Your email address.
- Your card details or your wallet balance.
Keeping things private
- When you tip on a post, you can choose Send anonymously.
- When you request a video, you choose whether it may be shown on the creator's page (Keep private or Allow).
- To stop someone messaging you, open your chat with them, select the options button at the top, then Block. To review the accounts you've blocked, go to Profile and select Blocked accounts.
For how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
