How do I subscribe to a creator?

Subscribing unlocks the posts a creator shares with Subscribers. Some creators also sell pay-to-unlock posts, livestream tickets, video calls and video requests. You buy those separately, even if you subscribe: a ticketed livestream needs a ticket, subscribers included.

Subscribe

1. Go to the creator's page, for example playhouse.fans/username.
2. Select Subscribe. If the creator has an offer, the button says Start free trial or shows the introductory price.
3. If you aren't signed in, enter your email address and the 6-digit code we send you. You come straight back to the creator's page.
4. The first time, we ask you to confirm you're 18 or over. You only do this once. See Why am I asked to confirm I'm 18?.
5. If the creator has more than one plan, choose one.
6. Under Pay with, choose a saved card or select Add a card.
7. Check the price and the renewal details under the button, then confirm.

Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment. See What is 3D Secure?. When it goes through, you'll see You're subscribed, or Your free trial has started.

Before you confirm

Under the button you'll see what you pay and how often it renews. Subscriptions are charged to your card, not your wallet, and renew automatically until you cancel. Your card statement may show PlayHouse or Vallara. See How does auto-renewal work?.

To see all your subscriptions, go to Profile and select Subscriptions.
